1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to India Only. If your location is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship to your area at this time. 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be longer.*

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please:
